The 1080G is a fully automatic hot stamping machine developed in-house and refined across seven generations of engineering improvements. It combines high performance with true operational efficiency 4 reducing labour, cutting material waste, and dramatically shortening production cycles.

Designed for the full spectrum of hot stamping applications: ordinary stamping, precision register stamping, and embossing stamping 4 all on a single platform.

1. Chip Heating System

Solid-state chip heating with screen adjustment. Heats from 0°C to 100°C in 20 minutes 4 faster than conventional systems and easily replaceable.

2. Non-Stop Paper Feeding

The Feida feeder operates continuously without stopping the machine 4 maintaining maximum throughput and minimising downtime during paper loading.

3. External Foil Retraction

External unwinding and rewinding structure eliminates conflict with the gripper bar system. Foil changeovers take just 233 minutes with no need to enter the machine.

4. Four-Link Pressure Adjustment

All four corners of the platen can be independently adjusted, enabling perfectly balanced pressure across the full stamping surface.

5. Fibre Optic Front Gauge

High-sensitivity fibre optic detection responds instantly to misaligned or skewed sheets 4 triggering an immediate machine stop to prevent waste and damage.

6. Speed Switching

Seamlessly switches between start-up speed and operational speed, allowing operators to dial in the perfect run setting for each job.

7. Energy-Efficient Platform

Top-down platform movement combined with mechanical leverage keeps power consumption to just 8 kW/h 4 cutting running costs
without compromising output.

Feeding Section

Servo-motor-driven high-speed
Feida with four-suction, two/fourfeed structure. Adjustable suction angles handle everything from 100 gsm thin sheets to heavy board 4 smoothly and reliably.

Transport Section

Synchronous belt drive with highprecision fibre optic tracking ensures stable, accurate paper movement from feeder to stamping zone 4 minimising registration errors.

Flat Press & Positioning

Aerospace-grade aluminium base plate for maximum stability. Gearadjusted stamping pressure with gripper bar positioning. Hot stamping dies are glued directly to the base plate for precision alignment.

Delivery Section

Gripper bars transfer finished sheets directly to the delivery table, which auto-descends for continuous stacking. Neat, automatic delivery saves operator time and reduces handling errors.
