Metallic Foil Grades 

PPP developed to work for most graphic applications, offers unmatched versatility in a hot stamping foil. The versatility of PPP product line spans nearly every conceivable graphic arts applications from fine line to broad are coverage on coated and uncoated stocks. Ideally suited for low temperatures, low pressure applications, the PPP series offers easy stripping at high speeds to produce clean, crisp impressions. PPP excels in high speed rotary press applications allowing for increased productivity and efficiency. With excellent gloss retention on both coated and uncoated stocks, the hallmark of this foils is its compatibility with ink. The PPP series is available in a range of silvers, golds, colors and metallic black.

PPL developed to work for most graphics applications , it is en excellent general purpose foil that release easily, covering medium to large image areas while maintaining sharp definitions. Recommended for use on substrates including coated, printed and uncoated paper and board,  PET film label stocks and satin ribbons. As an added bonus – this formulations is available in the broadest range of shades.

PV+ is for general purpose stampings where broader coverage with good definition is required. The PV+ series maximizes the performance of most hot stamping equipment, and is available in all standard colors. The PV+ series benefits designers and hot stampers in applications such as boxes, paper bags, bookbinding, vinyl fabricating, brochures and catalogues, greetings cards, photograph albums, and labels.

PC provides excellent stamping definition and adhesion to a variety of coated, printed and uncoated stocks, as well as PVC, PET, PP and PE films, at print speeds in excess for web fed machinery equipment. The printing characteristics are also very diverse, allowing for both large coverage areas as well as fine detail.

PPP (OP) the most consistent overprintable foil in the industry. PPP (overprintable) foils aid wetting and adhesion when overprinted with a variety of inks, including UV cured and aqueous. Ideal for the rotary press environment, this low-temperature product offers excellent adhesion and lustrous brilliance, while providing a surface tension of 44-46 dynes, ideal for overprinting without using primers or sealers. Best for medium to large area stampings, these foils are typically used in demanding print jobs for greetings cards, brochures, catalogues, and trading cards.

Pigment Foil 

PGM gloss pigment foils are available in a variety of colors for graphic arts, bookbinding, and plastic industries. PGM designed for fine line to medium area coverage for the graphics arts and packaging industries. Examples include cosmetic packaging and greetings cards, pressure sensitive labels, ribbons, brochures and catalogues.

PHS holographic foils provide an exciting appearance that cannot be obtained by using conventional hot stamping foils. Storage

Foils should not be stored or transported in direct sunlight, and should avoid extremes of heat and humidity, as well as condensation and undue pressure on the roll. Under ideal storage conditions of 5/25C and 30-60% relative humidity, a storage life of 12 months should be possible.
